How do I sign in?

In the app, tap Sign in with Apple and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple ID password — there is no separate HORIZONTE password. You can choose to hide your email from us. You can also keep browsing listings without signing in; you only need an account to save favourites, request visits and write reviews.

On the website, including the company dashboard, enter your mobile number and tap Send Code, then enter the 6-digit code we text you. If it does not arrive, check the number and country code and wait a minute before trying again: a code is valid for five minutes, and a number can request up to three codes every ten minutes.

How do I request a visit?

Open a listing and tap Book Appointment. Choose the day and time that suit you, give a Contact phone the company can reach you on, and add a note if you like. The company receives your request with your name and that number, and then confirms it, suggests another time or declines it. You can follow every request under Appointments, and you will be notified when the company replies if notifications are on.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account, then tap Delete permanently. Your account, favourites, appointments, reviews and profile photos are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Company accounts cannot be deleted from the app — contact us and we will close it for you.

How do I report a review or block someone?

Use the options on the review to report it or to block the person who wrote it. Blocking hides their reviews from you. We look at every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks our Terms of Use, and remove users who post abusive content. You can also report anything by writing to sales@horizonte-iq.com.

How can my company list properties?

Sign in on the HORIZONTE website, open the company dashboard and choose Register your company. Enter your company’s name, governorate and contact number. Our team reviews every company by hand and may ask for documents; once you are approved you can add your complexes, photos, apartment types and tours, and manage appointment requests. How do I change my name, photo or language?

Open Profile → Edit Profile to change your name, photo or contact phone, and choose Language in your profile to switch between Arabic, Kurdish and English.
